My first springfeed project for the Phantom was a labor of love born out of necessity - I loved playing pump but needed something more competitive than the slow "rock forward" stock class feeds. Pocket hoppers were an option, but they presented a larger target, were unreliable, and ruined the classic lines of the Phantom.
The SpringPheed prototype emerged as a way to keep the low profile of the stock class Phantom while upgrading its fire rate and reliability, allowing me to hold my own on a field dominated primarily by electros. All while looking like a badass shotgun. It was because of all the positive feedback that I got from my prototype that I decided to start a production run.
As a craftsman, my goal is to create a product that excels in both aesthetics and utility. Each SpringPheed body is hand milled, assembled, and functioned checked to insure that everything is in proper working order before shipment.
If you encounter any problems in the performance or durability of your SpringPheed, please do not hesitate to contact me so I can work with you to resolve the issue. You can also take a look at my Troubleshooting page with the most common problems.
Much has changed from my original design, and I am constantly looking for ways to improve my products, as seen in the evolution from the initial run of Gen 1 and Gen 2 SpringPheeds to my current Gen 3 and FastPheed designs.
For those of you who own previous iterations of the SpringPheed and want to upgrade to the most recent model, I offer an upgrade service to the newest mounts and relevant hardware. Just swap out your old parts with the new ones on your existing Gen2 or newer feed tube.
If you own a Gen 1 feed tube and want to upgrade to the latest generation, I have put together a video on my Media page of how to mill your tube, or you can mail it to me and I will do it for you, for a nominal fee.
